For Father's Day, I gifted my husband a 6 month subscription to Julibox, which describes itself as a "passport to cocktail discovery."
Each month, Julibox sends you all the spirits & mixers you need, to create 4 cocktails (2 each of 2 different types.) The cocktails are curated by their world class mixologists, and designed for easy home preparation. Also, Julibox sends you an e-mail letting you know if any additional ingredients are required. In the case of the cocktail in the photo below, we also needed lemon juice, and fresh mint.
Julibox is $40 a month, however if you purchase a 6 month or 12 month subscription, the price drops to $36 a month. Julibox still bills monthly even when committing to a longer subscription, however, if you cancel before your subscription ends, you're charged a $15 fee.
If you would like to continue to be sent monthly boxes once your subscription ends, you're still entitled to the discounted price of $36 a month, and can cancel anytime.
This is the most expensive subscription service I'm subscribed to, but like I said, it was a gift for my husband, and we will most likely cancel once the 6 months are up. At $36 a month, each cocktail prices at $9, not including the fresh items that are required.
With that said, Julibox is opening our eyes to different cocktails, and my husband is enjoying it!
As you will see, Julibox has an amazing attention for detail!
You receive a card, discussing what cocktails were chosen for the month.
This month's theme is Summer!
On the back of this card, there are recipes to make large batches of each cocktail for entertaining.
