I haven't needed to try this out yet, but I'm sure I'll need it in the next couple of days. I tend to get headaches when my Aunt Flo comes for a visit,lol!

The Vitamin Shoppe Garcinia Cambogia Extract ~ 90 Capsules ~ $16.99

I think these work pretty well. The instructions say to take 2 capsules 30 minutes before a meal. Since I'm currently on Weight Watchers, I measure out my food. Therefore, I'm not really in danger of "overeating." I need a product that can help suppress my appetite in between meals. I take 2 of these capsules in between meals, and they seem to help me not be hungry.

I'm really excited to try this product. I knew that liquid bandages existed, but have never tried this product. I have a very clumsy 7 year old, who I'm sure I'll be testing this product on soon!
